1Shipping
We offer $9.95 Flat Rate Shipping and $14.95 Express Shipping Australia Wide. Bulk orders based on location may carry an additional charge. Delivery is within Australia Only.
2Do You Ship To PO Boxes?
We prefer a street address to ensure a speedy delivery service by our transport company. Even though, Rich Nutrition can ship to PO Boxes for satchel deliveries only if required.
3Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
In the event that nobody is available to sign for the delivery, a blue or red card will be left on the premises with information on collecting your item. To avoid delays in receiving your order, customers are advised to use an address (such as a work address) where somebody will be available to sign for the delivery during working hours.
4Can You Leave My Parcel At The Front Door If Nobody Is Home?
YES. If you would like to have your parcel left on the premises, if nobody is home at the time of delivery, it is no problem at all. Please let us know by writing this at the checkout in the comments section. Please note that by advising Rich Nutrition to leave your order on the premises without a signature, the customer accepts full responsibility for all lost/stolen parcels, No Exceptions!
5Do You Provide A Tracking Number For My Parcel?
Yes, we can provide a tracking number if requested. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Please be sure to check your email or you may find it in your "junk mail" folder based on your email settings.
6Feel your parcel is taking too long?
Rich Nutrition strives to ensure all orders are shipped within 1 -2 business days. If you feel your parcel is taking a little too long you are welcome to Contact Us.
