2Do You Ship To PO Boxes?
Yes, Rich Nutrition ships to PO Boxes. If you are unable to supply your workplace address, or nobody will be home during business hours to sign for the delivery, we would be happy to ship your order to your PO Box address for a fast and efficient delivery.
3Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
In the event that nobody is available to sign for the delivery, a blue or red card will be left on the premises with information on collecting your item. To avoid delays in receiving your order, customers are advised to use an address (such as a work address) where somebody will be available to sign for the delivery during working hours.
4Can You Leave My Parcel At The Front Door If Nobody Is Home?
YES. If you would like to have your parcel left on the premises, if nobody is home at the time of delivery, it is no problem at all. Please let us know by writing this at the checkout in the comments section. Please note that by advising Rich Nutrition to leave your order on the premises without a signature, the customer accepts full responsibility for all lost/stolen parcels, No Exceptions!
5Do You Provide A Tracking Number For My Parcel?
Yes, all orders are shipped with a tracking number. A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to your inbox once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Please be sure to check your email and "junk mail" folder, as it may have landed there depending on your email settings.
6Feel your parcel is taking too long?
Rich Nutrition strives to ensure all orders are shipped within 1 -2 business days. If you feel your parcel is taking a little too long you are welcome to contact us.
